WHO WE ARE

The North Captiva Dunes Homeowners Association is a voluntary HOA dedicated to the North Captiva Dunes neighborhood on North Captiva Island.  The association covers properties on the streets of Oyster Shell Drive, Butterfly Shell Drive, Panama Shell Drive as well as those on Rum Road and Gulf Drive between Oyster Shell and Panama Shell.

The association was started as a mandatory HOA by the original developer of the neighborhood, but changed its bylaws years ago to become a voluntary association.

WHAT WE DO

The Best Of The Best On North Captiva Island

We strive to maintain the North Captiva Dunes neighborhood as the best on the island.  We boast the most beautiful stretch of Gulf beachfront on the island with hundreds of feet of sandy beach in front of the neighborhood.  We have access to the Rum Road canal, and the main entrance to the state preserve is in our neighborhood.

The association owns a community land parcel at the end of the Rum Road canal at 691 Rum Road and would eventually like to develop that parcel into something meaningful for our neighborhood.  Initial plans for a boat ramp and dockage have been vetted and we'll continue to work with the neighborhood towards a common goal.

The association is voluntary which means we need you to be involved and contribute to the association so we can move projects forward that will benefit property owners and enhance the value of your property.
